I wish someone read me here. I wish someone was around to motivate me. My life would be easier. Fortunately, I can do this myself. I'm also setting the dreadmill up in the basement again in case I can't manage to get my ass outside.
I just downloaded/ordered Joggo ($52) in an attempt to get motivated again. Friday is a 20-minute run/walk to gauge where I'm at in the plan. I'm excited and dreading seeing how far back I've fallen all at once. I'll get it done, though.
